Terms and Conditions for Online Payments
By using the online payment feature you agree to have your credit card charged for the amount you enter in the amount field of the payment modal. Further you agree to have the amount entered applied to your account outstanding balance in the following order:
- Payment will be applied to overdue balances first
- Payment will be applied in order of services listed on your most recent statement
- Payment greater than your outstanding balance will be held as a credit on your account until your next office visit, or until you request a refund
All payments of statement balances using credit card are subject to the following conditions:

NOTE: All debit cards will be processed using the credit card feature.
Due to the way transactions are processed by your card issuing bank, there may be a 1-3 day delay in updating your payment to your account.
Upon completing the credit card transaction via the payment modal you will receive a response of either success or denial.
If your credit card transaction is denied no payment will not be applied to your account. You will need to either provide another credit card for payment, mail your payment to our office, or call our office to make payment via telephone.
